How the current shop works
Sign-in uses a NodeX email address and password. Email ownership is verified before sign-in, and studio staff must use an authenticator. Hosting, database, file-storage and account-email services support the shop; the full business privacy notice must identify the relevant suppliers, purposes and retention periods before registration opens. Your saved designs, artwork, quotes, contact details and orders are restricted to your account and authorised studio staff. Optional quote share links show a limited summary and can be revoked.
If direct payment is enabled for an eligible product, Stripe hosts payment entry. This shop does not store card numbers. WhatsApp sharing opens only when you choose it; the message is visible before you send it.
Cookies and saved designs
The shop uses sign-in cookies and remembers your language when you choose one. Saved design drafts are kept on this device for up to seven days and cleared when you sign out. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to the shop code. The full privacy notice must describe necessary session cookies, saved preferences and the hosting services used by the business.
Your information
In Orders & quotes → Privacy & data, you can download saved account data, clear device drafts, or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Uploaded file contents are available through private links. The studio reviews requests, including any lawful retention requirements. Account closure requests are reviewed by the studio alongside any legal record-retention requirements.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
